Why Choose Healthy Cookware?

When you're not using healthy cookware you get less than 1/2 the nutrients from cooked food and also are eating metals and chemicals from the pot. On the other hand when using the right cookware you get all the goodness of the food and no interaction with the pot's ingredients.

Check the Health of your Cookware

The Baking Soda Alkaline Reactivity Test is an easy to do home-test to check the toxicity & leaching of metals and chemicals from any pot and pan. Here are the steps: 1. Boil water in the test pot for 10 minutes, then add 2 tsp of baking soda. 2. For the control add 2 tsp. of baking soda to 1 glass of water. Stir thoroughly. 3. If your pot is leaching metals the water will have a foul metalic taste. Compare taste to the control to see the difference.
